Become your best self in our core program with 60 minutes of community-based group classes where you are supported by an expert coach while surrounded by a community of like-minded Danbury locals.
ONE-ON-ONE
PERSONAL TRAINING
Work one-on-one with one of our amazing personal trainers who will provide guidance through each workout and create an individualized program tailored towards you and your goals.
School and collegiate
Athletic Training Camps
Our training camps consist of programs that are tailored to make athletes become stronger, faster and more explosive, while also drastically increasing their conditioning!
Kids
CrossFit
Teach young children to use their bodies and to have fun in fitness. This class is only on Sundays and currently split into 4-6 and 7-10 years of age.

Finally take the guesswork out of nutrition! Our nutrition coaches will break down nutrition with you and teach you how to fuel your body to reach your goals!
